LOANPAY XPRESS HELPFUL TIPS
Magic-Wrighter has seen a significant increase in demand for online payments and other remote-servicing solutions. We want to offer some helpful tips and “Did You Knows”. Many of these tips have been provided to us by our most successful and high-volume Financial Institution partners:
- Placement of multiple access points on your website to the LoanPay Xpress payment link (primarily from your Home Page). Make it easy for your end users to find it.
- Adding the payment link to your mobile banking applications.
- Adding the payment link URL to your statements, late notices, and other notifications.
- Moving your Payment Processing cycle to 7pm Eastern Time, allowing for a later time to make payments.
- Allowing the end user to schedule and manage their own recurring payments.
- If you have not done so already, converting to Mobile-Optimized LoanPay Xpress, offers greater flexibility and device compatibility.
- Allowing all payments methods (both Credit and Debit cards and ACH).
